La Source, “we”

1. Payment

For bookings made by email (bonjour@lasourcebourgogne.fr), you either make the full payment of your stay via a bank transfer after we confirmed your booking. Alternatively you can choose to pay in cash on site at the day of your arrival.

2. Modifying or canceling your booking

Should you wish to change or cancel your booking, please send your request to us by email  bonjour@lasourcebourgogne.fr. For bookings that are changed or canceled the following conditions apply:

  2.1 Cancelation of your booking

If 30 or more days prior to your booked arrival date, you can cancel your booking at no cost and will receive a full refund if you had paid for your stay via bank transfer. Alternatively we can offer you the option to change the dates of your booking to any other date in the 12 months following your original booked date of arrival.

  2.2 Modifying your stay prior to arrival

If 30 or more days prior to your booked arrival date, you can change the dates and duration of your stay at no cost, following availabilty and in the 12 months following your original booked date of arrival.

  2.3  Modification or cancelation by the guest while on the site 

In case you wish to not accept your rental, for whatever reason on the day of arrival or during your stay, you will not receive a refund nor can you claim any indemnity or compensation.

  2.4 No-show or shorter stay

If you do not show up on the scheduled day of arrival as confirmed in your booking, the rental contract will be declared null and void. The booked space is then free to La Source to be offered to other guests. You will not receive a refund. Please call us as soon as you can if anything unforseen happened so we can find a solution that works for both of us!

If you wish to leave earlier than the booked date, you will not receive a refund for the nights you had booked but haven’t stayed with us nor can you change them for another date.

3. Cancelation by La Source prior to your arrival –  force majeure

La Source reserves the right to cancel your booking in case of unexpected situations or regulations outside of our control. In the rare case this happens and we have no other choice but to cancel your booking we will offer you to change your booking to a later date, in the 12 months following your scheduled arrival date. Alternatively we can give you a full refund if you had made a bank transfer upon booking. You can not claim any indemnity or compensation.

4. Arrival

Your space is ready for you from 4 pm onwards. Thank you for letting us know at what time you plan to arrive and showing up at that time, so we can make sure we’re here to welcome you! Please inform us by email if something happened and you think you will arrive later on bonjour@lasourcebourgogne.fr

5. Use of the spaces 

We kindly ask you to respect the serentiy and peacefulness of La Source throughout the property and to use the interior and exterior spaces as they are intended. You can use any amenities we have put at your disposal but ask you to not take any home with you so the next guests can enjoy them as well.

6. Capacity

Only the number of people confirmed in your booking can stay at the booked space. La Source can refuse access to any additional people unless you modify your booking (following availability). Any breach of contract or modification of the booking will be upon your initiative. 

7. Prices

Our price per night includes all taxes. Prices as confirmed in the booking are always the correct prices.

8. Young Children

As much as we love them, La Source doesn’t welcome small children – aged 10 or under –  so we can guarantee the calm and silence of the property.

9. Pets

Pets are not accepted at La Source. We have a cat who lives on the property but she can not enter any of the spaces. She may come say hello though but mostly prefers chasing mice.

10. Alcohol abuse and smoking

Yes we’re in wine country but nobody likes to have drunk people around… It is therefor strictly forbidden to abuse of alcohol on the entire property, both in your private rental or shared exterior and interior spaces. La Source is a non-smoking property, both for interior and exterior spaces because of health concerns in our family. Thank you for understanding.

11. Hot tub and swimming pool

For hygienic reasons, the water of the hot tub is changed regularly and we use treatment products for the hot tub and the swimming pool. Thank you for showering before entering the hot tub or pool and for not eating in the hot tub or swimming pool. You can of course eat on the terrace.
